seems like most people agree with the 8800 gts. i will also need a gb of ram as i only have 1 at the moment.

I'd go with number 1 aswell. If you have games you can't play because your hardware can't take it, there's no point owning the games. All those games are good and don't require much hardware to be played well but when Force Unleashed comes out, you'll be wishing you got the 8800.

i would go with #1, because if you have better hardware, you could play better games in the future

should i get the 8800 gts for Christmas and then be able to play FS at high resolution and the upcoming force unleashed

or
option 2
should i get several star wars games including the lego star wars games, republic commando, both kotor, empire at war and jedi outcast.
