Forgot the Y-Wing one. Oh, and the TIE Bomber on Taloraan can switch from torpedoes to heavy ion cannon by pressing F. I find the thing hugely useful in the rare cases you actually manage to get a Rebel fighter in your crosshairs - an ion bolt makes the fighter unable to maneuver for a few seconds, enough for me to do some damage.

I, for example, like the fuselage above me so that I can pull up when I'm bombing and I don't worry about the fuselage hitting the target.

And the F key has the function of switching the Y-Wings gunner seat to different projectiles (laser bolts and Ion cannons, though I'm betting they'll have torpedos for the SD battle)

ALSO: I'm not sure how many people know this, but bombers should NOT bomb when they are outside of the 600m effective range of the bombs.

Good Guide.

Some new points:

Escape from Hoth:
Use the Planet to escape:
Your Fighter is hard to see for an attacker if you are flying in front of the planet.

So if you are chased by an enemy fighter, try to "dive" in the direction of hoth.
Make eveasive moves, an try to get him off.
A dangerous trick may be to drop your velocity to zero while diving to Hoth. The enemy may pass your fighter, but it's also possible what he is crashing in your fighter.

As Imperial Pilot you can try to lure him under the StarDestroyer (where is a anti spawnkamping Deathzone for rebs) or over the StarDestroyer (and hope what the guns will kill him).

As Y-Wing Pilot you should tell your Gunner what's your plan.
If you are attacking the guns of the Stardestroyer or the Lancer he must check your six.

If you want to Dogfight, he must hold his fire until you start to fire.
