BUT I think the problem is that it seems that all the servers are empty but other ppl are looking for 1 or 2 persons on a server so they don't join any. But we could still say that ppl have to have 1.4 to play 1.2 of FS, in case they still play 1.25

I play First Strike with the BF 2142 1.4 Patch and there are only a few people playing or none at any given time.  Most people are probably still playing with the BF 2142 1.25 Patch.

If you can't require the BF 2142 1.4 Patch then at least promote it prominently on the Home Page.
