Completed the code for the media controls ( the most requested item )
The progress bar shows movie position, and also how much data-stream has been cached ahead.

Player filesize is up to 171 kilobytes now...:/

Now all we need is more videos!

removed laggy videos, added 3 new ones, and shuffled the order .
Put a "back" button in the UI
Added links to player front for dowloading game, faq's , and the FS manual itself.
Its now also a good connection speed test , lol.
If this lags for you then you have a slow connection, period.

thanks ... thats the plan ... and you all can help too .
spread copies of the player out to people you know or forums you know of.
Im emailing the final version to gaming groups, and posting the link on BBs.
And Im also hosting the videos , so theres my monetary contribution... bandwidth and programming. If you all help me get more videos that are good quality it will speed up the fianl product. We should have like 20 good clips instead of 5.

I added two more clips to fill out the two empty slots.
I tried a new tweak on the last video (5) and it added some filesize... made the video bigger than #1 and #3 , If video 5 lags a little I will need to turn back the settings a hair.
If 5 runs ok then I will sample at that rate from now on.
After all this, we need to finalize a set of videos, vote on the candidates, or have a competition.
my videos are really for sample purposes, im not hollywood , but i bet holly would .

Oh yea , the space video wasnt using the new sample rate ... good eye ... I will make sure to remove that one with a replacement.
When we get all 5 videos perfected, I will post this little player on many BB's and forums , and public posts to get the word out about FS.
The only thing this mod lacks ... like any other mod ... is exposure. More exposure = more people with the mod.
The player filesize is a whopping 160 kilobytes large, so emailing it out is no issue. We will need other volunteers to pass copies around themselves in their own circles ... we each have different and unique social circles, so getting something out requires helpers. I got at least 5 of my clan mates joining me for a FS unit.
I would rather include 1.2 materials, but should release the player with added slots for playing future videos... and add the 1.2 clips to the server when they are done.
If anyone has really good footage in high resolution I will gladly edit some material into future clips if its really good.

The streaming video FS demo player is tweaked and the vids should stream at fairly high resolution even to people with slower connections.
Thanks to everyone who has help me testing adjustments in the stream.
Now the challenge is to get the films made and uploaded.

The filesize of the player itself is up to 135 kilobytes now ... streaming 16 megabyte videos.
