never the less it would be cool if it was a new bf game but it would only be cool if it releases in like 6 years so it gives the mods a chance to release.

IMPORTANT:

With some digging around in my new PC Gamer magazine and Google, I have been able to pin point this game even down to it's developer! EA is working with Crytek, the development team for Far Cry. Their new project is a a new future based first person shooter game called Crysis which will be using the CryENGINE 2. So, this new movie that Dragunov found actually has nothing to do with Battlfield: 2142 (first reported by me on these forums). No other information is known except the following Press Release found on Crytek's website:

that's caus they wanted to sell to EA and that's cause they want to work for EA

They are all stupid to work for EA, the only good game I've seen, is NFS: MW, all the rest is crap

EA bought a vast majority of the stocks in Digital Illusions CE so they do own DICE and can do basically whatever they want to with them. DICE is just a developer studio, the people doing all the work, and EA is the big pie sucking corporate..... err I'll stop now to avoid being sued on lible.

Dice is independent of EA as far as I know. As for the movie, it looks cool, but I doubt it will be another BF game. I thought that dice was doing a project independent of EA, and if so, they wouldn't be making a BF game. Right?

date on it is september 05 and i believe it looks like a quake based game thats coming out
