Are you using any add-ons? No-Script inparticular might cause trouble.

strange... try deleting cookies and such, delete the password from the password manager (in case you use it) and try again

Firefox won't let me login to these forums, but explorer will. haven't had that problem w any other forums.

Any ideas?

I enter name and password, it tells me i've logged in and when it returns me to the posts, i'm not logged in again.
