There was a bit of a mix up with my order and in the end I ended up with a G5. I must admit i'm very impressed with it over the 518. The steel mouse looks interesting tho

I have another mx518 after my original bit the dust, I tried the g5, but returned it..
For some strange reason, it did not feel right.
mx518 tried, and true.

If you ask me, the G5 is a down-grade. Although its ridiculously overpriced, I plan on picking up the G9 to go with me new computer(If I ever get it). Though thats a VERY DIFFERENT type of mouse in its small size and unique shape. I wouldn't get it if you're a palmer, but I'm a claw(-er?) and it seems really cool to me.

The sidewinder looks really odd IMO.

Im using a microsoft comfort optical mouse 3000, nothing special but it gets the job done.

Try the MX Revolution. KICKPIE.

(It's not really meant to be a gaming mouse, but when used as one can sweep the competion)

I have a G5 too. It's a very good mouse. Yours looks alike but G5 has more dpi

Yup the 518 also has that. The G5 is a lot more expensive too. Dunno if after 2 years i'd want another 518 or not. It is an excellent mouse and has lasted me well, Id def recommend it. Fancy a change tho

I have a G5 and its really cool, the 3 speed toggle on it is nice especially in turrets and such where u can spin faster. It has the little weights in it but I dont really use more than a few.

TBH, I'd say stick with your current model if you like it and its comfortable. That or go to a PC shop and try out the different mdoels for comfort.

My trusty Logitech MX518 has started to die on me in game over the last few weeks and with payday fast approaching i wondered if anyone had any recommendations. Should i stick with a new MX518 ( http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showprodu … =KB-060-LG ) , it has been very reliable, or opt for a G5 ( http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showprodu … =KB-069-LG ) or another make of mouse?
