i would recommend getting a rapidshare account. very cheap for a year. also faster and more reliable then a lot of torrents

i downloaded maya ple but there's a lot of missing features
downd trial of 3dsmax but i'm not used to it

Bfeditor is the map editor, most modellers use 3dsMax/Maya/XSI to model.

i think i'm going to start with modeling
but i need a lot of info first.
as i read some faqs and stuff, i think i need to use bf2editor to make models, or do i have to do that with another program like 3dsmax? is there anything u guys want me to model?

i made a gun with blender one day, it didn't have any textures but i was going to create a fps game with it. but i didn't do anything else but the model
