yesterday our server crashed after loading the map Rhen Var Facility... I haven't played this map on any other server yet, is there a problem with the map or is it something with the servers?

And i noticed on other servers that on the 2nd round of each map the teams are swapped automatically, but i couldn't find any option in the server settings... Can any1 tell me how this could be done?
