its martini101 you may remember me I posted another thread about me having trouble detecting any servers for FS and vanilla BF2142. After fruitlessly trying to fix the problem, (uninstalling, repatching, reinstalling, opening ports, contacting EA support) I finally found a solution to my problem even EA weren't able to help me. So after a while I installed a new hard drive and installed XP on it, so now if I want to play BF2142 online I have to dual boot from vista into xp.

It may have taken awhile but I did it. Anyway I am posting as i am having another problem, after finding a server on FS to play on, I excitedly joined. However after the map had loaded and when i clicked launch the game quit to the main menu with this message:

"This server only allows players with unmodified content to join. Revert your version of Battlefield 2142 to the current official version".

I'm not so sure but does this have something to do with me installing the 1.5 final patch for BF2142.

Anyway any replies apprieciated.

I really wanna play FS.

P.S. I installed FS 1.2 as well.
