3 Things to consider:
1st: Human nature makes it impossible to create such a new world order.
Even the old world order didn't work well because of the human nature, but most societies have found ways to work well despite the human weakness.2nd: A revolution is no Kinder garden-Carnival, it's blood on the streets and shooting "enemies of the people". It's not uncommon to shoot the first members of any revolution later because "they secretly have worked together with the enemies of the people".
3rd: Any revolution ends with a new government... and because this government was created by bloodshed and a change of human nature is impossible the same problems what have lead to the revolution will cause sooner or later new bloodshed.
And talking about gun's and politicians...
Everyone is a politician. If you visit the town hall because there is a discussion about to build a new road near your house... how did a gun help you here - shoot everyone who isn't your opinion because he is a part of the new world order ?
At the basic level politics are simple, but not all problems can be solved at a basic level.There is a thing called basic consensus what keeps every society together. One of this basics is to accept a legal desiccation even it's negative for the own interests.
Any society there many members quit this consensus will break, causing sooner or later a civil war.And the civil war will be fight along the lines of personal believes. It's quite possible what in your 2nd American revolution you must shoot at people who don't belive in the existence of a "new world order".
People who may haven been your friends, your class mates or your relatives (maybe your own brother)...
And after your revolution you must oppress them, because they have fight for the other side...

Would better, because during the 1990 to 1999 Europe peaceful ways didn't work well on the Balkan, and the war 1999 against Yugoslavia was fight unilateral and without UN approval... something most people tend to forget to keep a moral high ground...

I would vote a big fat no. Why? because it is an attack on democracy and national sovereignty. It is just another attempt at centralization of power. Our Government is already way too big and intrusive but I'm not about to vote to give power over my country to bureaucrats in Brussels.... the bureaucrats in London are bad enough.

While most of us (the peoples of the EU and the USA) like to have the benefits of a great free market (cheap prices, great selection, easy travel, the ability to take a job or study every there, no need to change currency) no one likes a strong central government...
...but every one shakes his head if the lack of a strong central goverment leads to politic paralyzation.
