Not sure if you can get the starfighter pin with real fighters on a ground map.

At least, I've had 10+ T47 kills and 10+ team points several times on Ryloth, but I've not yet got the pin.
Is is possible to get the Starfighter Pin using the TIEs on Ryloth? Or is it only available on the space maps?
