Just an update for you guys. We just upgraded our Dedicated Server. We went from a dual core with 2GB Ram to a quad core with 4GB ram and an upgraded network. As a result there is a new IP for our First Strike Server. The new IP is 69.12.37.34:17567.

I'm SO happy to have a West Coast server run by a clan as good as NFB. I've played on their 2142 servers for many hours over the last two years and they run a very good server. Thanks for the FS server, guys ... see you on the FS battlefield!

Yeah, we have what I would consider to be a really active clan in BF2142. We usually have anywhere from 10-15 guys on at night and sometimes upwards of 20 on the weekends. We are slowly getting our guys to download the mod and jump in game. So far all of them that have played it have loved it, and it is a nice change of pace for those of us that have been playing BF2142 basically since it came out.

That was some fun last night. We look forward to many more.

As someone who prefers to play late, I like this. Last night was great, and it was actually around 1am for me(I live on the East Coast). I like how you all jump in at once. There were only 3 people I think who weren't in your clan.

The server is West Coast US, in Los Angeles. We have been populating it in the evening for us, usually around 9-10pm PST, (GMT-8).

Looks like most of you are over in and around Europe, so for the few that aren't I thought I would let you know when we have been getting our server up and running. We have seen some of you there and look forward to more.
