dude I think you got the server settings frakked up. just make sure same version and same mod are ticked, leave the rest unticked then hit refresh (under the FS Servers tab) You should see about a dozen.

Thanks all, I carefully uninstalled everything and then carefully checking and double checking everything and it worked. There was only one server from Franch,man oh man that was fun! In a lot of ways it was better than bf2. Thanks to everyone for your help, Merry Christmas and hamsters bless. Thank you again, Doug

That is a confirmed bug. In the modlist, the game says the current mod is version 1.2 when in actual fact it is 1.3.

Delete your First Strike folder in your BF2142->Mods folder, and reinstall 1.3 full from your installer. Try to play a server, if it lets you conect then you have the correct version installed.

I think the game saying 1.2 is a bug it is actually 1.3

Nothing shows up and everything is checked. The main problem is that I downloaded and installed FS v 1.3, but in the game is it says 1.2. I've downloaded the patch updates from 1.2 to 1.25 and reads wrong version I already have 1.3 which is not what it says in the activate mod area in custom games. I have tried to enter game from program list, quick launch, and FS launch program and from bf2142 custom game mod list. I get into the game with no problem, once there, with all boxes checked, unchecked rechecked, uninstall,reinstall and nothing helps. I have bf142, bfvietnam, and bf2, they all have had mods of all kinds in them, and have never had this much trouble trying to get a mod to work. I know my around the Battlefeild series, so I just can't get First Strike to work and I find this is one of my favorite Star Wars game of any kind. So, please, please help me figure this out. So, you have it installed now? If no servers sow up check your filters. Make sure everything is off except same mod.

I have bf2142 1.50 installed, downloaded first strike 1.30 and the mod says 1.20. I then downloaded patch 1.20 to 1.25 and I get message that its the wrong version, so I down load 1.25 to 1.30 and get the same message. I did a complete uninstall of FS and bf2142 downloaded the 1.50 patch for bf2142, and downloaded FS 1.30 and I still the same problems. I began just after midnight last night, worked on this until a little after six a.m. left the pc download FS 1.30 and the other patches again and when I awoke at 8:51 am went through the whole process again up until now, it 11: 05 am here on the east coast of USA, also, no servers show up. Please help. Thank you.

You wont lose your account, BF2142/First Strike only "forgets" it. You just have to type it again in the log-in screen. Not sure, but it might set your settings on default too, so you have to set them again. It will optimize them again when you go to play.

Everytime i try to run FS the same thing happens.

BF 2142 exe error in application

" The assignation ( some numbers) refer to the accumulator in ( some numbers). The action "read" couldn´t arrange on that accumulator.

I have my BF2142 on 1.5 and tried it with FS 1.2 to 1.3 and 1.3 full.
I have read it maybe helps to delet my BF 2142 Profil in \Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents\Battlefield 2142\Profiles\ ,but i need my BF2142 account.
How will my account react to this and what else can i do ?

please help me and sorry for my bad english.
