But atleast its faster and it keeps me off WoW lol and yeah hope I can play before christmas cheers.

First make sure you have everything updated to 1.4 ( there is a bug that tells you its 1.2, ignore that). First off, go to \Documents\Battlefield 2142\mods\First Strike and delete the folder called cache . It won't start...It loads up then crashes and says Windows has a problem etc...Uhm yeah might need help now lol write back!

When it checks for up dates it doesn't even load then it goes off and says Launch failed? Can anybody please help me?
