Hm, run the BF 2142 Patch after the installation of FS ?
It's also useful to use an other Soldier for BF 2142 than for FS, so the Profiles don't get mixed...

And did you try to start FS, exit it, then start 2142?

I got the same problem. I can't join games on vanilla 2142 servers. After the map is loaded the error pops up.

I uninstalled all of 2142 and FS to test this. After installing 2142 + NS Booster again everything worked fine, but after installing FS again the error showed up again. PB Update did not solve this for me. OS is Vista Home Ultimate 64.

I tried that Imperial, but I still can't join any 2142 servers. Any ideas on what could have caused this?

Is anyone else having this problem?

If that happens just start FS and exit FS and it should go away.

I downloaded version 1.4 of First Strike today through the launcher. This evening when I went to play the regular 2142 I got this warning:

The map will load completely, then when I press the Join Game button, I'm blocked from joining the server. I've tried joining numerous vanilla 2142 servers and the same thing happens every time.
