That's the short version. James doesn't have a fsmod account to make the apology himself so i told him to make it on our squad board and copied it from our site. It's not the lengthiest document on the internet I know.
He claims his friend was using his account and that his friend was glitching. Whatever the truth, I am submitting the details to RSF High command and should this happen again he will be removed unceremoniously.
For now though, he gets a second chance.
