Ignore what those other two are saying.  Try checking out clans yourself, and come to the decision on your own.  Play around with each of us, decide who you like best. 

There are a few other minor clans going around, but its RT, RSF and DS who are our major clans, the ones who are best to join.

Check the clans first, don't feel pressured. Some may require more activity than others, or have rank structures etc. See what suits you and check their clan sites as well as checking them out in game.

RT is for over 18's only, that is chronological age, not mental, otherwise Twigs wouldn't have been accepted.  Rouge Tribe have a ventrilo server (most recent version), its passworded but you can get the info if you register on the forums and sak about it.

RSF has a ventrilo server, its an older version (2.1.4) because they are such cheapo's and like to pirate on old software , although some of them hang around in DS Vent every now and then.  Their ventrilo server ip is: 83.64.164.106, and the port is: 3784

I can be more indepth about DS, just because I am one of them.  We have pretty heavy recruiting standards, skill isn't a factor but we like to get to know you before recruiting.  We look for people who are mature, fun to play with and our most important thing is that the player must have the ability to learn.  You can join us on our ventrilo server (most recent version) at the IP: 85.236.100.69, Port: 28384

But its a lot easier to follow a target than to follow and compensate for movement on a target, thus an infantryman usually has the advantage vrs an MESpeeder in a surprise meeting, at least I always do.

But seeing most people aren't as 1337 as you...

In surprise encounters I sometimes just flee the scene if I don't have an initial advantage. It's a fast machine.

(But yes, you do die a lot )

However, the average pubber, they will get in the gun, move it around then bail, leaving the driver with no idea what direction the gun is facing.  As TY says, in a suprise meeting an infantry man wins.

Bailing is my remedy because people are incompetent.

I know the problem, but how hard is it to figure out which way the gun is facing before you go in ?

Remedying this was kinda the whole point of the OP . And it doesn't matter if it takes a second to aim, 'cause once your crosshairs are on target, the target dies. It's not a one-hit-one-kill, but it's pretty darned close.
