Try downloading from HERE (that link isn't on the mainpage).   If you are using any download accelerators, turn them off as they could be the cause of the problems.

Now I have used Firefox and Internet Explorer download managers but they keep on becoming non-responsive(Its the part where they copy and paste) and i cant get the file to complete download properly. What should i do or can you guys do something like compressing the file so i could actually open the file and finish downloading it. I think this problem is from the fact that the file is worth 1.16GB.
