"Su'cuy, vode. About time you joined the party" I say as I walk over to the injector pulling a detonator from my belt. "great, 8 gauge durasteel. Time to re-arrange some architecture." I toss mike the charge, "8 gauge"I mutter
mike nods, his black and green armor hardly visible in the low light. I turn my night vision on and I notice something, something big and round that i just cant make-out in the low light. Zen turns his helmet mounted flashlight on. Standing about 30 meters away is one of the most dangerous anti-infantry devices in the entire galaxy, a Separatist Miniature spider droid Mark II (the one in republic commando, not the one you see in epi 2-3, that one sucks. im talking about the 8 foot tall one with the 4 rocket launchers, starship hull plating, completely resistant to small arms fire. that spider droid) Vin lets out a gasp, I aim my deco at it and blink 2 times with my left eye and once with my left. Setting it as the primary target. A 3d image shows up on the left of my hud, displaying all the primary advantages and disadvantages of the droid in 3 seconds. where would we be without katarn armor. Then there's a fan whirring noise, I motion to my squad, they take cover. Then the fight begins, an anti armor round comes flying out of the spear-like protrusion of the droid. "Blast!" I exclaim. pieces of wall and shattered geonosian fly everywhere, I switch my dc-17 to sniper mode while vin lays a scattering of ECM grenades every where. (Akin to emp grenades from battlefield 2142) the droid shudders and a red dot opens at the center of the droid, I fire but miss, there's a large explosion as fragmentation grenades burst over the ground, another explosion. Then I fire again, in slow motion the shot speeds to the battered goliath, punctures the hardened transpara steel dome and explodes inside the optical sensor. There's a flash, a loud bang then silence. I look up from the shattered rock that used to be my vantage point, there lays what remained of the spider droid, flanked by patches of glass where sand was flash-seared to glass by the explosions of thermal detonators. And beside it a fragment of dura steel sticks out of the transmission dish of the jamming device, effectively disabling it. "Well done theta" the advisor says "destruction of the west wing is no longer required, the droid control ship controling the factory has been disabled by delta squad." "report to landing zone alpha-gamma for re-deployment" (I still dont have word so heres another un-formatted part)

Its more a work in progress.
I write when I have time but mostly its rough drafting because i dont have word and the only spell check i have is the internet one:/

The hole we had landed in was not more than a caved in tunnel, but this caved in tunnel was going to be the republics greatest advantage over the separatist war machine, and they didn't even know it. RC-1153 chuckled at the thought. A series of 3 beeps followed by a voice very much like his own sounded over his helmet-comm " Theta, twenty meters to your left you will see an opening, head down there and turn left, this will take you to a nesting chamber" the advisor said, "Most likely it will be deserted"
"Most likely?" Zen grumbled " don't you have better Intel on this?"

"Sorry theta, that's all I can tell you" The advisor says, sounding bored," then head down that shaft till you come to a large machine, probably heavenly shielded, and take that out." " while you're in the vicinity our communications will be sporadic, as the machine is a jamming device"

"Acknowledged" I reply.

"Theta, good luck" The advisor says, "Advisor 1738, out"

And then everything is silent. I turn towards Th tunnel and start running at a brisk pace, i can hear geonosian sonic rounds going off above the constant OOMPF OOMPF reminds me of how many of my brothers are dying and i run faster. Suddenly a shape forms in front of me. i raise my hand and motion at the shape, me and my squad take cover. A group of droids walks by, Farr unclips a sonic detonator from his belt and sticks it to the back of one of the druid's head. 5 seconds go by, then a sharp bang as all 15 of the droids are dispatched. We reach the end of the tunnel and we come across the jamming device, lucky its right next to a machine that injects molten baridium* into the self destruct mechanisms of the miniature spider droids, if I put a frame charge there, i could take out a large portion of the factory and the jamming device. I relay the plan to my squad, just then a new voice comes over my comm, mike, the 4th member of my squad, he drops out of a ventilation shaft and joins us. (not the end, i just wanted to stop writing)

The eeriness of the enclosed cargo compartment of the LAAT/i was as dusty as it was hot. Trooper #1153 Grimly waited deployment. the climate control in his Katarn MK II armor barley was able to keep the heat of the smoldering compartment within normal levels. "Hey, Fifty Three," Forr chimed in, "how many bugs do you think i'll get to squash?"

"More than I can count" Jay answered in a grim voice.

Suddenly the the hatches on the side of the gunship sprang open with there distinctive Cha-CHINK kkk kkk kkk as the sections folded over each other. "Theta! Prepare for insertion" their advisor chimed over the comms.
"as you've already been briefed, you're to take out the west wing of the droid factory" "gamma is on-route to destroy the east wing" "Yes Sir!" I answered. there were a succession of 3 beeps as the transmission ended.

"Alright boys, Oya*, lets go hunting" I muttered. Zen, the squad's sniper, pounded his armored fist on his black and red armor'd chest plate. As I slipped the data chip into the back of my helmet and a wealth of information sprang into life on my HUD. I blinked twice to remove most of the irrelevant data, then loaded my DC-17m, slipped my DC-17s blaster into its holster and secured my helmet. I signaled for the rest of my squad to follow.

The gunship slowed down as the pilot fired the retro boosters. The compound laser turrets came into life with a faint whizzing sound as their capacitors were instantly charges and discharged instantly. They cut down a group of battle droids and miniature spider droids. "Engage rappelling harnesses!" I shouted then hooked my harness in and jumped out of the gun ship.

The wind whistled as I free fell for 30 meters into a hole the size of an ARC-170 gunship, I felt my back teeth slam together as I slowed down and hit the reddish geonosian soil with a dull thud, half aware of my squad doing the same. "Whew" I gasped. I heard a colorful oath erupt over my comm but i didn't have time to figure out who said it because the air suddenly erupted in a series of clicks and the geonosians charged.

I drew my dece'* and without thinking fired a volley of blue-white blaster fire at a group of two geonosians, they crumpled like a can underneath the repulsor lifts of a T2-b tank. I heard similar responses from my squad and smelled burning flesh. I am a Commando, one of the republic's elite special operations force, and this was the type of mission i was bred for...
