As I said, this is not endorsed by the team in any way, however I am interested in learning that more of you would like some new desktops! 
No, 'we' don't have people to do this stuff, but I'm quite willing to see what I can do myself now I have a few new programs and more time on my hands.
I'm afraid videos take much longer to film, edit etc than many people realise.... I am taking a more active role within the mod right now though, so while I will continue to only hold the position of tester, I will make an effort to get more content out for the fans. That is of course if the team is happy with my previews and the quality of the work
