Wolfservers are East coast.
RSF, RT and BI (3 most popular servers) are all hosted on Europe.
Unfortunately the US servers have map problems, making them less fun.

I live over in Idaho and i can play on the populated servers over in europe with an "alright" ping. One is my ping tends to be around 180-300, when I usually get anywhere from 70-90. The other is it tends to spike for no apparent reason, jumping randomly from upper 100's to upper 700s. I've tried disabling my firewall , although it should be noted it seemed to make no difference from playing with it on and an exception added. It also seems to possibly jump higher the closer I am to other players, but only at very short range.
