I have had it crash while loading and I had a brand new ATI 5770.

had this problam to i guess its because of crappy video cards ...

I thought it was my crappy graphics card on my 2002 brand laptop but it's happening to other people too. Yeah I have EXACTLY the same problem and I have enough patience to wait for it to load for several minutes but it still crashes either while it's loading or when I play a little in the map.

Yeah, its a problem for me too. Get the most lag spikes there, and they usually last a while.

Many people have issues. It causes more crashes than any other map, some can only play it if they restart it before playing it, and after finishing it, otherwise they crash on load.

I believe the issue is with the base. It's huge, I think it should be split into smaller parts like the ISD is so it's not such a huge strain for PCs to render it. It's that, or an issue with the height data as I think Null is the only FS map which has terrain from the lowest point possible to the highest point possible, but I've seen that a few times before, and don't think that is actually the issue.

Null is a great map. I like it a lot.

Unfortunately, a lot of people, including me, either get crashes or the loading just doesn't get completed. Before you work on another map, fixing Null should be a priority, especially since some servers still have that map. I'm tired of having to restart my computer because the map starts loading. Sometimes, if I'm patient enough to wait 5-10 minutes of loading time (no joke), I can play.

Please fix it ASAP...
