I really would like to apologise to those that have had problems with those maps. it was only after the release of 1.5 that a bug affecting some vehicles was picked up. That is the only thing I can see that those maps have in common. I hope that some changes due to be released will open up all maps to all our players!

onec again, thanks to all those that have stuck with the mod and enjoyed the experience so far.

Thank you Gwynzer, I reinstalled everything and played a map not on that list and now it works fine. Now I am anticipating the next patch.

Mos Espa (32p/64p only)
Bestine (32p/64p only)
Jundland Wastes (32p/64p only)
Yavin
Lok Wastelands
Endor Strike Team (32p/64p only)
Rhen Var Research Facility (32p/64p only)
Rhen Var Ice Plains

Most of them should be fixed in the next patch going by what Twiggles has said in the last announcement. I'm hopeful it'll be done within the next week, but that's only going off what has been announced so far.

The map I got to play before it all CTDed was Jundland Wastes. (Nice Sandcrawler by the way) I did try the arguments in the launcher but I did not try to redownload it from a different source yet, I trusted Fileplanet

Edit 1: Redownloaded, still the same thing happened, is Nvidia really screwed up for this mod?

Which map was it? If it was Yavin, try a different map. Yavin has a problem right now for nvidia users but there is a fix coming soon!

Also, in the launcher have you gone to file preferences and in the arguments field tried adding anything? For instance, if you use widescreen type +widescreen 1, for a more customised resolution you can add +szx 1920 +szy 1080 but remember to replace the numbers with your own native resolution types.

If it still causes problems then maybe your download of FS has become corrupted somehow. Uninstall FS and 2142 and download first strike from a different source. Reinstall 2142 and patch it to 1.5 then install first strike.

Hello all, I played this mod a while back and just found my BF 2142 game again and decided to play the mod once again. Only now, I can play only one map one round then whenever I try and play any other map or the same map again I CTD. I tried reinstalling and it let me play one map one round then the CTDing continued .

I am fully patched to 2142 1.5 and FS 1.5 using the launcher.

I am on Windows 7 64 bit and using an Nivida 250 GTS.
