Heh, yeah they really need to better define which that final definitive patch is. I seem to remember having to go off the file size, because they even had different versions of the final BF2142  update with the same name. I bet a lot of issues people run into when trying to install First Strike stems from some issue with an incorrect final version of the original game. We obviously have our own fair share of bugs too, but not to the extent that people are having such trouble installing since that final patch came out.
