Looks good, but way too heavy a proliferation of, and use of jetpacks for my liking.

But can't help spot little niggly things that annoy me, obviously going to still have this thing bought on day 1, if not pre-ordered. Possibly flawed or not, this is the Star Wars game we have been waiting for for a long long time.

Here is a bit of an update on new modes that will be made available with Star Wars Battlefront, my favourite bit is the last paragraph on the Drop Zone mode article.

They've essentially remade First Strike's Endor Clearing!

Blast mode looks to be a smaller more intimate 10 v 10 team deathmatch style maps...

I participated in the closed alpha, and despite several notable gripes I had about the gameplay and DICE's "authenticity", I must admit it was stupidly fun and a hell of a lot more immersive (and faithful) than Pandemic's original two installments. And not just because video game technology has progressed by leaps and bounds in the last eleven years.

I'm definitely going to participate in the beta. I'm really anxious to see how much the game has come along since the alpha test.

Artificial intelligence is no match for natural stupidity.
