I guess you can tell a sesoned gamer from a young un. Patience is a virtue.

I play BF2 like the rest of you guys and enjoy it, There not much in online gaming to touch it at the moment so rest assured your playing at the top of the line.
With that in mind i have been waiting and looking forward to a game called enemy territory/quake wars for atleast a year now, and the wait still goes on, and im happy to wait, for hopefully it will be a stunning piece of work from what ive read and seen..

So if i can wait for that, waiting for First strike is not a problem.
You have to remember the guys developing first strike are doing it for the love and passion we all share for starwars..
Not only do they have my unlimited support and respect, i atually love em all..lol

Keep up the good work guys, keep the faith...The force is strong in these one's..

i remember single people trying to start up a SW mod in the GC forum. i cept asking for them to join up, and they did.

waiting for QW you say? they you love the 1.3 QW patch for BF2 coming up soon.

if i didnt have so little time i would get back to my modeling and learning how to skin. but i dont see that happen for atleast another 6 months.

QW is an untested game imo.. has alot of goals to reach as well as beating the style and gameplay that BF and unreal have.. look how popular quake is? lasts 5months then flops... i will wait an see the demo before i say it will kill BFseries and the like...

hehehe might be true
but i think it looks awsome and from wut i hear from alpha testers it plays awsome (the little they get to play)

and the graphix defiantely kill bf2 (doom3 engine with the new megatexture tech so that u see the whole map (no "fog of war")
and i am totaly interested in the two totaly different sides (no more just weapon differences)
only downside i see (so far) is the not-mod-friendly side ;P
