'Failed to Act' does not mean, carried out the act. It means the pop doesn't believe the goverment did their job to stop this from happening. Neither do I.

Whats your excuse for the CNN poll? that about 89% believe that the government took part in a cover-up of 9/11 ? Its no suprise that CNN quickly took the poll down and failed to follow up on it adequately. CNN was expecting that the poll results would be inverted ... and thus squashing 'conspiracy theories' for good. What they got scared them.
Theres plenty of evidence of a cover up aswell. eg. not allowing forensics to inspect the steal of the 3 towers and then shipping it off to china to be melted down. Outright destruction of evidence of the biggest attack on US soil ever!!
Lets just say that the towers did fall due to the steel melting due to fire ( molten metal was found in all 3 basements ..so trying to say that the fires just weakened the steel is outright wrong) wouldnt we want to know how this happened so that we can make preperations in all steel buildings so that a fire doesnt bring down more buildings ......not to mention Insurance issues with this!
... tho the real reason is Thermite/mate because normal fires and fuel fires dont reach the melting point of steel.....
