I think the Slave ships make is called a Firespray. I think there was more than jango's/boba's...not sure tho

The Firespray is a ship like any other ship. No reason at all to think there was only one. However, it's very likely that the majority did not come as heavily modified as Fett's Slave I.

But I'd really like a Command Vehicle or Command Centre for each team.

make it a corvette escape pod    like the one in star wars that 3cpo and Artodeto use to escape to give a message to Luke that give supples

It might be better if you have a small rebel transport, or a Imperial Frigate.
But again I woudl disagree it does sound a bit BF2 ish.
Then we get into the whole dropping planes on other people scenario

Hmm... in regards to the Firespray, there were many made, all prototypes.  Jango stole the prototype Firespray KSE-1 (or something like that) and destroyed all the rest, as well as the "Blueprints" to make them, thus he had the only function Firespray in existance.  That's if I recall correctly, of course...
