Re: Shiplist on website

How about using the Lambda and YT-1300 for interplanetary transport, and the Delta and Gamma for space boarding ships?

The only problem with that is the lengths - The Lambda and YT-1300 are both about 20m. Thats fine.

However, the Gamma is 40m - over twice as long as the Delta's 19m.

I'm sure this could be balanced though - give the Imperials less, but larger and better armed Gammas, and leave the rebs with many, weaker Deltas.

Re: Shiplist on website

That sounds like it could work. Besides it makes sense - Gammas are more expensive, therefore the Imps would not have as many as the Rebs have cheap Deltas.

As for the Deltas being blocky - well they were designed for a 1993 flight sim, what do you expect?

Speak to me before anyone starts modeling the DX9.  I've got some gameplay-based design specs to go over with it.  Same with the alpha (or the "guppy" as I think it looks like more).
