anyway there is the cable of the grappling hook in the special forces expansion - may it help to understand how it works..

that's just to transport urself, but in some way it interacts with the player, so maybe it also can interact with vehicles

Dragunov its not possible, lets leave it at that. As i pointed out in my precious post their are too many problems, if the Dev's get it working Bravo (You guys are Gods) if not we understand.

I'm pretty sure that would lead to a CTD (Crash to Desktop) fallowed by an error message that says "WTF?!".
