There is no Central Eastern Time lol.
Eastern = EST = -5 GMT = 1600 GMT at the time of airing for us which is converted to 4 O'Clock if you can't read 24 hours.
Mountain = MDT = -6 GMT = 1500 GMT at the time of airing which is converted to 3 O'Clock.
Central = CST = -7 GMT = 1400 GMT at the time of airing which is converted to 2 O'clock.
Pacific = PST = -8 GMT = 1300 GMT at the time of airing which is converted to 1 O'clock.
Above is only for the US so if you're in Europe/Pacific, good luck, though I only think US reads the 12 hour version of the clock, right? Everyone else is 24, right?
And please correct me if these are wrong. I know EST is right, but after that I got lost since I didn't really spend too much time on conversions.
