The lightsaber idea is a bad one TBH. Also I thought George Lucas came up with the idea of Y-wings takin off vertically? 

TV guided missiles is an idea which had already been discussed.

I agree 100%. One of the reasons I detest SWBF2 is their catering to the fanboys by putting in playable Jedi and Sith (since apparently they would rather add useless features to their game rather than make it what it should have been in the original SWBF). So instead of going out of the way to code lightsabers and Force powers, I think this mod would be better off to focus on what's really important to gameplay.

Plus SWBF2 has a very poor Jedi system. You cant even duel. Also you cant really choose how you swing the saber, its just button mashing.It just smacks me of a rushed, half pied job to rake in the money off ,as you correctly put it , fanboys.   

They should had used a system like Jedi Academy or the xbox's Obi Wan game.


Another problem with SWBF2 is that the games objective is to become a jedi and not actually win the map (at least thats how all the kids play).  I would have prefered them to have no jedi and just concentrate on the actual game.
