Is there an AI folder in the FirstStrike directory? If so, try removing it and restart the server (I dont *think* this will cause an issue on servers, but I have little experience with this). Then see what the memory usage is.

Sweet! dropped to 85ish Megs Task Mgr also reporting the correct value.
