yes it works well with 1.4.

Changes I'd like to see:
1) Varied uniforms on the maps (snow map=snow gear. desert or temperate climate=wider range of uniforms. I tweaked each map myself for this but to have it official would be nice)
2) Turn off all AI controlled 2nd weapon positions and gun turrets. The bots are useless in most cases or get totally confused and spend all their time shooting at an AA turret. You have to destory the turrets to make the bots unretarded and get on with their objectives.
3) Make the space battles co-op. I'm missing out on 1/2 the fun without the space battles.

All in all the minimod is wonderful. We had a lan party last week and ate it up. A good way to introduce noobs to the FS mod and let them learn weapons. I can't wait for when the minimod is mixed with the official FS, you've got your work cut out for you but it'll be very welcome when it's done.
