Gurd I think you are just confusing him.

MattPL, Start 2142, then go to the community tab from the ingame menu, then go to Custom Game, and see if FS_SP is in the list. If it is click it, then click activate. It should restart the game, now in FS_SP for single player.

Now to play SP, go to the click single player and add in mos espa to the maplist. Test it out and see if it works. Some of the maps are buggy and won't start, so you might just have to fiddle around with them.

To launch FS_SP without going through the launcher or FS/2142 make a new desktop shortcut. Then add this to the target line:

"C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Battlefield 2142\FirstStrike.exe" +modPath mods/fs_sp +menu 0 +fullscreen 1 +eaAccountName ACCOUNTLOGINNAME +eaAccountPassword YOURPASSWORD +soldierName YOURSOLDIERNAME

Replace the all-caps with the right info, and it will auto login for you as it does for me and start FS_SP.
