Can someone tell me how to play the singleplayer mod?
Everytime I start a map it crashes after loading.:(
Is there any special way to put the files from FS_SP into my Firststrike folder? the downloaded Maps are working, but the grafic is terrible and I've got no mini-map and I can only play the heavy troper class or it crashes again. Please give me some help!

DUKE815: Teamwork's complicated.  I've found that ramming a Lambda with a Y-wing at full boost is most effective.

I selected the FPS mod in the community tab, launched the game, and then it ctd. i run widescreen. is there anywhere in the fps mod i need to add the "+widescreen 1"?

To my knowledge, yes. If the single-player mod uses the launcher, which it probably doesn't, you need to add the line "widescreen +1" in the "arguments" window. Otherwise, you need to add it to the end of the shortcut you use to run the mod by right-clicking the shortcut and selecting "Properties" or whatever.

I'm not sure if widescreen stays after changing modname, but if you type "+widescreen 1" in your Launcher's Arguments (File -> Preferences), hit Apply, OK and try to run it through the community tab it should work.


Alternatively, add this to your launcher's Arguments, it you won't have to go through the  mod changing all the time:

+widescreen 1 +modPath mods/FS_SP


Just remember to remove the modpath if you want to play Normal FS smile

adding the fs part to the line worked like a champ. Thank you big_smile
