Yesss sir big_smile ... roughly that's what I've been begging for through a few pages in this thread : a standalone executable/self-extractor FS 1.4 update for FS_SP what could be downloaded then could be run locally from anywhere including a desktop shortcut.

But we would need FS dev guys to grab the needed updates for 1.4 and short them in that standalone. FS v1.5 is out since summer and anyone who has installed it has to go without FS_SP. And I'm afraid this won't change in the near future without that standalone ...

Actually, you don't need a standalone. you could do it yourself to only install 1,4 updates.

You need the builds to do that though.

I've found a backup of the final version of 1.4 sitting on one of my harddrives. I'll see about zipping it up and uploading it for you some time this weekend.

DUKE815: Teamwork's complicated.  I've found that ramming a Lambda with a Y-wing at full boost is most effective.
