I'd have to go with all of the ground battles thus far.  Endor is fun because being on Rebs you can sneak around in the wide open area's, and the Entha is pretty tightly nit making for some chaotic battles.

some coordinated fighter/bomber action pwns!!! but so does some infantry squadplay, its hard to chose a favorite so far
