The landing pad had elevators in the elevator shafts in the (internal) bf2 version. However triggerables were removed in bf2142.

well, it would be kinda important, imagine you got some of them camping on top of the platform, and two guys guarding the ladder (ye, its boring and lame), but you would have absolutely no chance to get up that platform (except maybe with some insane speederbike stunt), so elevators would really be nice, some kind of platform from which you could shoot that camping scum

He has a point.. but he also has a point why would someone want to go up on the platform? nothing up there... yet... would make a great area for some sort of game not sure exactly.

We can't just 'script one,' the only scripting we can make controls game modes, thats it.
