It was at Vanilla bf2142 v1.25, but maybe it's the same error.

I had to delete a file called radial.cdb (The game will regenerate it wink) and after doing so, everything worked well. The file is directly in the Bf 2142 folder.

It's possible, that you have to reconfigurate your graphics settings.

OK I can't find that file you talking about. Are you sure you spell it correctly?

I had the same prob, if the suggested fixes dont work just reinstall BF2142 completely.   I had no probs w/ a clean install of 2142.
