I usually can Turn my way out of it.. but they fly by to fast.. and the way Space combat is you literally have to be directly behind them to hit them because of deflections.

I think the one thing you guys need to do is GET THIS ON THE COMMUNITY MENU PAGE!

That way, everyone who boots up 2142 will see it, and hopefully a download link is included as well.

You guys just went to DICE, and they didn't think to do this small favor for you?

Also, did anyone submit the R1 announcement at slashdot?  If not, maybe around R2 we should try and get someone to post a formal (positive) review and get that on /.
