FS was built soley around teamwork, but we can not account for the people out that that just flatly refuse to play.

short of us implanting a mind control device upon install for every player out there that woodrowcan control to teamwork, we just have to continue to encourage it as much as we can.

we will never Force teamwork because uite often like the pesky Rebel alliance, people Rebel Against things forced upon them and therefore will often rebel against forced teamwork for teh sake of it.

I think naming your squad 'TEAMWORK' goes a long way. I keep forgetting to do this, but it sounds to me like a great way to 'ensure' that those who join will follow your lead.

how about when you join a game u have to choose a squad or u cant play, they can still lone wolf if they want but a lot more people will work in teams like this

Won't make any difference, they would be forced to join then go their merry way. I would rather have people that want to be in a squad.

Actually, if you have a responsible, experienced squad leader, chances are that if you join a squad just to be in one and then go lone wolf, you'll get kicked from the squad. If this happens often enough you may eventually realize that you're supposed to participate in teamwork, not just sit there and snipe Imperials at some back flag.
