It was one of the things that really bothered me in a way, though it was just done to have a "Everything is going to be alright for our heroes!" ending, in the way of little teddybears.

Ok, here's a cool idea for a new weapon: (it relates to this in a way O.o)

TEH UBER GRAPPLING HOOK! This could also be used in space to board enemy ships, and could be used on the ground like in the movie: you grapple the AT-AT, get inside through the side/bottom, run towards the pilot's seat, either kill the pilot, or toss a grenade in. (hey, they ought to have exploding heads!) One thing i want to recommend for AT-ATs: when they blow up, you should be able to stay inside, not get pushed on top.

Hey man I can take out an Elite Legion by my self.  Just because a creature is un-evolved dosent mean that it isn't smart.

Oh and if you need a snowspeeder pilot I'm your man...well ewok i suppose, I just need one of those gunners who can actually shoot smile

They did the grappling hook already though! BF2:SF had a hook you threw and then could climb like a ladder.

Grapling hook to board ships? Yea ill just hop out of my fighter and use my grapling hook to board and commandeer that star destroyer.
