See, the problem is that Star Trek canon is full of a bunch of spoiled, child-like characters, with godlike supernatural powers.  It really wouldn't even be a fair fight.  It's very hard to compare a weekly TV show with a couple films....

im pretty sure the star wars lazers are like 1 million times stronger then star trek ones. but the star wars universe had hyper-drive for like 25'000 years or something so you would  expect them to be advanced.

also Borg would be destroyed very quickly by the second death star. dunno about the first.

Lasers are weaker than phasers in Star Trek physics. Hyper Drive in Star Wars is also based on guidance, not actual speed, where actual speed is the basis in Trek.

And the Borg are probably as big as any Imperial ship, have droves of unending forces and have a fleet probably larger than the empire.

I was always confused with hyperdrive.  So basically, hyperdrive is the same constant speed no matter what, and the determining factor for long-distance journeys is how long it takes for the nav-computer to compute a route to your destination?
