I don't think you people understand the problem.  With pick up kits, when you die and drop your kit, whoever picks up your kit gets your voice.  Voice is assigned to a kit, so anyone who picks up a kit is stuck with that voice.  So if you had an armory, for example, anyone who picked up the kit in the armory, whether they are human, alien, male, or female, would have the same voice.  Kits don't change character appearance, only character voice overs.

Wait, so does that mean that if you pick up an Imperial kit, you sound like an Imperial? Memories of converted Alliance soldiers in Galactic Battleground yelling 'For Alderaan!' as they charge their old Alliance base with my stormtroopers come to mind .

Is it possible to have kits be retrievable by only one side, then? The way you can limit some vehicles to one side only? Otherwise I'd have to vote no.

Not if you did it the normal way 2142 does it with team voices... But you have to have full male human teams, which I don't see a problem with personally since, Chewy was the only Wookiee we see in the films fighting besides on the Wookiee planet of course. Also we never see Mon Cals on hte front lines, and Liea was the only woman seen fighting on the front lines as well.

So why do we have to make the mod like Battlefront with a wookiee class? That's pretty lame, especially since we don't even have a wookiee player model, or Mon Cal.
