Jungle warfare? Why mess about in a jungle when you could bombard the planet from orbit? Monkeys versus the awesome fire power of a ISD, I really don't think the monkeys are going to come off too well do you? And if you really want to get technical, monkeys with little to no armour, projectile weapons that they only just about know how to use, no atmospheric or orbital craft and reliant on irrational behaviour when in combat....sure....the Stormtroopers stand no chance!
