I at least ask for the Xg-1 Star Wing, revive it from it's death after STAR WARS: TIE Fighter.  Don't overwork yourselves though.

Star Wing.  Please.

Back on topic now, I really like S-K's and Surianders suggestions, I think they'd make good additions as it gets kinda boring flying ties all the time

Yes, the TIE Defender is totally different. Far more weapons, faster, more agile, shielded, and given a hyperdrive. It's like comparing an F-4 to an F-22. The Empire could only make it in very small amounts due to the costs.
