Or there is just an explosion at the end and the people who escape get a medal similar to the gold, silver and bronze...  Possibly the medal awarded to Luke and the others after the battle.  It would show up on the end of round scoreboard and also be awarded in the manner of the Titan survival pin.  That way you see you lived, and the survivors get a nice medallion.

Oh yeah, how come Wedge never got a medal after the Battle of Yavin?

I was asking myself that same thing yesterday.  He followed his orders, he survived the trench, he was certainly just as much of a hero.  I didn't picture the rebels to be the type of people to focus on who fired the killing blow, but apparantly they are.  Scum.

Agreed.  Wait, are we saying this before or after the Battle of Hoth?  My character was an Imp up until just a bit before the battle.  Then his squad was falsely convicted of treason after a rebel VIP escaped, he was tortured, escaped, then defected.  So, assuming this is before all that, yeah, they are scum.

Going back to the Battle of Yavin, will there be a Millennium Falcon?

I can't wait to see it in-game though.  There's something about the way it looks doing barrel rolls and other maneuvers, that just looks so awesome. tongue

Unfortunately, 2142 does not support the ability to play cinematic clips as 1942 did.  There will be a nice graphic none the less of the rebels being destroyed.
