I strongly disagree with the idea of creating a Clone Wars era part. Just imagine how unbalanced it would be!

Droids = No Bacta , Less Health , Crappy Weapons and (guess what) the Devs will sure not make the droideka as uber and as mass available as in Battlefront , perhaps we wouldn't even be able to code it!

Clones = Best Infantry of the Galaxy , Bacta , Medics , Good Weapons , Excellent Heavy Assets (ie AT-TE) And way more eh......helmets??

Unless the Dev' s wanna go like battlefront , completely off lore for the droids sad

PS : I know the droids have 1337 ground vehicles too.

Ahem! This is not a complaint, but that's not quite true...

Mos Espa, Watto's Junkyard, Gardulla the Hutt and the Slave Quarters all feature in Episode 1, not the GCW period! Do you really believe that a prime site for redevelopment like the Palace Ruins would remain untouched all those years? That's like asking me to believe that the original Death Star really took all those years to put together! wink

As the mapper for Mos Espa I can say that:
A) Mos Espa (Prequels) was choosen because Mos Eisley (sequels) is over done in other SW games
B)Unfortunately the only lore that exists for Mos Espa come from the prequels
C)The palace ruins is sort of a tribute to myself and blitzes constant battle over staics, I always wanted more, our lord and master wanted to get the modellers/texture artists on other projects. So the ruins stand as a testimony to the battle between me and blitz the last static I wanted but wasn't allowed to have. (I also liked the idea that if Boba Fett blew something up. no-one was brave enough to rebuild it).
D) Basicallly we have no problem including prequel content as long as it fits in the mods time period.

The way I was hoping to get Clone Wars in was not to actually have a Clone Wars part, but just to have old relics lying around in some maps, such as having a map on Geonosis, where it's a modern Rebel/Imperial Battle, but there could be old, damaged Republic/Confederacy vehicles and starfighters in some areas.
